An unnamed woman filed a rape report against the actor in 2017, according to the Daily Star. She reportedly recently contacted police officers again to inquire about the status of her case.

Before the alleged incident, the woman claimed she knew the actor and had known her and her brother.

She claimed that she, her brother, and another friend went to Ratray’s apartment to continue drinking.

When the woman arrived at the actor’s home, she claimed she was given a drink made by Ratray that allegedly contained drugs.

When asked about what happened, the victim stated that she awoke unable to move.

She explained:

“I could hear what was happening and I could feel what was happening. I knew that the other two people were gone and I was still on the couch.”

The actor was contacted by the outlet, he denied the allegations.

Devin Ratray was arrested late last year after allegedly attempting to strangle his girlfriend at the time, according to People Magazine.

The 45-year-old actor was charged with one count of strangulation domestic assault and battery and one count of domestic assault and battery. The bond was set at $25,000.

According to an Oklahoma Police Department report obtained by Page Six, the woman claimed that, in addition to the strangulation, the actor punched her in the face and covered her mouth with his hand.

The woman became embroiled in a heated argument with Ratray at a bar, prompting her to leave him and return to their hotel room.
