Jennifer Garner has always been supportive of her ex-husband Ben Affleck, even after their divorce.

Despite the fact that their 12-year marriage ended in 2017, she has remained overly supportive of the “Batman V. Superman” actor.

In 2018, Garner staged an intervention and forced him to seek treatment for alcoholism; she even drove him there.

Garner, on the other hand, was not present at Affleck’s wedding to Jennifer Lopez last weekend in Georgia, but that doesn’t mean she isn’t happy for them.

A source told Page Six:

“I’m sure she’s glad to get rid of her fourth child.”

Let, 16, Seraphina, 13, and Sam, 10, were present to witness their father’s marriage to the “Jenny From the Block” singer, which took place a month after the couple married in a Las Vegas chapel in July.

According to another source, even if Jennifer Garner no longer has control over Ben Affleck, their lives will continue to intersect because they are inextricably linked.

According to another source:

“Jen has always addressed things the same way, regardless of who Ben has been with. They have kids together, so if he has another episode or falls off the wagon, it will be her responsibility.”

According to a source close to Garner and Affleck, the “Alias” actress is a wonderful mother who has truly mothered their three children. They now say it’s wonderful that she won’t have to have a fourth child because of Affleck.

According to the source, Garner grew up seeing her parents and sisters happily married, so she felt obligated to do everything she could to ensure the success of her marriages. Fortunately, the mother of three understands that life happens and that she must move on.

Friends of Jennifer Garner were outraged last year when Ben Affleck told Howard Stern in an interview that if she had still been married to the actress, he would have continued drinking.

An unidentified friend told Page Six in December that one of the basic tenets of alcoholism is not blaming others for the illness. Garner, after all, has always taken care of Affleck and has done so for the majority of her life.

However, while she clearly wants Affleck to be happy, she has her own life and relationship and can’t always be there for him.

The source could have said:

“Thank God, Jennifer Lopez.”
