The 28-year-old actor was reportedly fed up with the “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star’s attempts to exert control over him.
The insider claims Pete entered the relationship with the best of intentions. He is said to be heartbroken that the reality star was moved by his decision to end their relationship.
He did, however, believe that ending the relationship was his only option.

Pete’s mind was also racing with meetings and daily call sheets.
Furthermore, the Staten Island native was required to adhere to Kim Kardashian’s weight loss regimen, which included getting in shape, avoiding junk food, and looking the part for the young celebrity.
When the time came for Pete to travel to Australia to film “Wizards,” the source said he was relieved to be away from Kim Kardashian’s diet and fitness obsession, but he still had to deal with her questioning what he’d been up to.
However, now that Kim Kardashian and Pete Davidson have divorced, many fans believe she will reconcile with ex-husband Kanye West after their divorce is finalized in February 2021.
Fans of the former couple saw a hint that they have rekindled their romance after Kim tweeted a photo of herself wearing boots with Snoop Dogg’s face on them.
Several Kardashian-Jenner fans noticed her outfit and thought it resembled Kanye West’s distinct style.
