During the 2022 MTV Video Music Awards, Taylor Swift announced the release of a new album titled “Midnights.”

It is set to be released on October 21, the same day her former adversary Kim Kardashian turns 42.

Since the announcement of Taylor Swift’s album release date, various media outlets have accused her of reigniting their feud.

Regardless of the claims, an insider told Hollywood Life how the former “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” star feels about Taylor’s new album overshadowing her birthday.

Fans of both A-list celebrities will be relieved to hear that there is no longer any bad blood between them and that the album release will have no negative consequences.

In reality, the founder of SKIMS believes that what happened has already occurred and that they have moved on from their disagreement.

Kim, on the other hand, wishes the “Blank Space” singer nothing but success and happiness because she adores her music.

When Kim Kardashian was still married to Kanye West, their feud began.
The reality star shared a clip from a tape of her and her then-conversation husband with Taylor Swift about his 2016 song “Famous.”

In the brief footage shared on Snapchat, Kanye reminded Taylor of a lyric in the song that raps, “To all my Southside [N] that know me best, I feel like Taylor Swift could owe me sex.”

Taylor responded with a chuckle at the time, “That’s not mean.”

When the song was released, one of Taylor’s representatives stated that she was unaware of the phrase “I made that b—h famous.”

In a 2016 interview, Kim clapped back, saying that the “Never Getting Back Together” singer authorized the lyric and knew it would be released.

Kim defended Kanye:

“He truly was performing appropriate process and even phoned to get it cleared. What rapper would call a female that he was rapping a line about to obtain approval?”

Kim Kardashian stated in a December 2021 interview that she enjoyed Taylor Swift’s songs and described them as “very sweet and catchy.”

Kim’s decision was a significant departure; after all, she had a complicated history with the award-winning singer as a result of that infamous song.
She didn’t say which song is her favorite, which is unfortunate.
