Amber Heard has kept a low profile online in recent months, owing to her defamation loss against ex-husband Johnny Depp in June.
The “Aquaman” star has stopped posting photos of herself and her daughter, Oonagh Paige, on social media.
According to an odd internet conspiracy theory, Oonagh Paige is not even her daughter.
Several Twitter users believe Heard “rented” or “borrowed” her baby to gain public sympathy after losing the dramatic trial.
She does not appear to have a child, and the baby in her photographs is allegedly a different person, as she allegedly leases the small girls in exchange for photos to be posted on her social media.
The allegations first surfaced in August when netizens noticed Depp’s ex-wife had stopped posting images of her child on Instagram following the trial.
Heard’s most recent post about Oonagh Paige was in April.
Social media users began to suspect she “lied” about having a baby girl after images from her Israel vacation were leaked online. The images show her pushing an empty stroller.
The blonde actress does not have a child, according to @TheDUIGuyPlus, who received an anonymous tip from an email.
Part of the email said:
“I can confirm that Amber Heard does not have a baby. She does not have a kid and rents or borrows a kid for her Instagram shots and her stroller is a prop used to garner sympathy. You can’t even match up the babies’ faces across the shots.”
Others claimed that they expected Amber Heard to pull off a stunt like this because it is in character for her.
One person believes Heard will go to any length to gain sympathy and whatever she desires, especially given her history of people avoiding or associating with her.
The Twitter user said:
“We’ve questioned who takes care of infant as she dines, shops, parties, and travels the world. Do her defenders stand by her renting babies?”
Another stated:
“Has anyone bothered to check public birth records to see Oonagh’s birth certificate?”
If Heard lied about her baby’s existence for personal gain, the Twitter user believes she should be imprisoned for fraud.
“Does the infant have a social security number? Amber may be charged with fraud if the kid is a ‘rent-a-baby’ and another scam.”
Amber Heard announced the birth of her child in a July 2021 Instagram post, revealing that she was delivered via surrogacy in April of that year.
