When performing on stage, Harry Styles appears to have the most energy. But how could he be so consistent at every show?
After being a member of one of the world’s top boy bands, the “Watermelon Sugar” vocalist brings a fresh set of eyes, hoping to be impressed. After all, this is the third year of his world tour, “Love on Tour.”
One fan may wonder how Styles manages to perform so many times in a month. Now that he’s not with the other One Direction boys to entertain the crowd, he’s on his own to do so.
However, viewers may finally get an explanation for what he does after the show today.
The 28-year-old British singer-actor revealed to Rolling Stone that the first thing he does after finishing a show is take a shower.
He does this for hygiene and to unwind after standing in the spotlight for hours.
He told the magazine:
“Washing it off, you’re just a naked person, in your most vulnerable, human form. Just like a naked baby, basically.”
Harry Styles has also revealed that he has made changes to ensure that he can satisfy himself and his concert-goers as much as possible.
When he isn’t on stage, the Cheshire native explores the venues where he performs.
Harry recalled previous tours in which he visited too many cities and felt he had been there more than five times but had never actually “seen” it.
Since he has developed an interest in local architecture, he is now taking the time to wander around, observe the sites, and take photos like any other visitor.
Apart from visiting local attractions, Harry established a strict routine to stay fit while on tour.
Harry gets 10 hours of sleep per night, according to CheatSheet. While sleeping, he allegedly turns on two humidifiers in his hotel room.
He also gets IV injections to replace his vitamins and minerals.
The site also stated that the “Don’t Worry, Darling” actor follows an acid reflux-friendly diet that prohibits him from consuming any coffee, alcohol, or food that could impair his singing abilities.
Aside from physical efforts, Harry Styles has revealed that he is in therapy to deal with the stresses of celebrity.
He explained that he takes care of his body by exercising and doing the abovementioned things, so “why would I do that with my mind?”
When he started visiting, he investigated his emotional responses to vents deeper.
