Pete Davidson reaches out to Kim Kardashian – Are they rekindling their romance?

Although they split months ago, Pete Davidson has recently been in contact with Kim Kardashian.

It has been confirmed that the former couple is still friends.

However, due to the current controversy involving ex-husband Kanye West, the former “Saturday Night Live” comic has contacted the “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” alum.

As previously reported, the “Donda” rapper has made anti-Semitic comments on social media and even wore a divisive “White Lives Matter” shirt to Paris Fashion Week.

Although she is currently filming “Dumb Money” with Seth Rogen and Shailene Woodley, an insider told Hollywood Life that Kim had received much support from people, including her ex-beau.

They revealed:

“Pete and Kim still chat on occasion, and many weeks after the breakup, they had come to a stage of being amicable with one other.”

According to the insider, Pete still cares about Kim:

“Pete has contacted Kim a few times about the whole Kanye problem because he still cares about her as a person and wants to check in to see how she was doing.”

The Grammy-winning rapper slammed the Staten Island native just before his recent social media onslaught in an ongoing series of rants against Pete Davidson.

He even nicknamed the actor “Skete” and made a music video for “Eazy” in which he buried an animated version of Pete, causing outrage among fans.

Kanye West claimed at the time that the 28-year-old tormented him through a series of text conversations, one of which he was naked and apparently in bed with Kim Kardashian.

Despite their divorce, Pete allegedly told the SKIMS CEO that he would always be available to her, even as a friend, if she needed to vent or speak about anything.

The mother of four also thanked Pete for handling everything before, during, and after their relationship, according to the source.

“Kim emphasized to him that she understands how difficult it can be for anyone to deal with and is thankful she has been able to remain friendly with Pete.”

Meanwhile, despite being seen in the same room, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West do not appear to be speaking.

The couple attended their eldest daughter North’s game on Friday but did not speak.

Kanye brought North to the game, while Kim brought their three children, Saint, Chicago, and Psalm, according to TMZ.
