Jack Harlow will host and perform as a musical guest on Saturday Night Live’s Halloweekend episode.
It is not uncommon for Saturday Night Live to serve as both host and musical guest. As the 48th season begins, the show appears to be on a roll of giving both roles to one artist. Last year, Taylor Swift made history by performing the full ten-minute version of her song All Too Well while serving as the show’s host and musical guest. Megan Thee Stallion, the sensational host and musical guest, had the world celebrating just last Saturday. The pattern will continue this Halloweekend.
On October 29th, actor Jack Harlow will play both roles in Studio 8H. This doubling makes perfect sense for Harlow. In May this year, the singer released his second album, Come Home the Kids Miss You. The artist is preparing to appear in the classic film White Men Can’t Jump remake. Harlow’s talent is unquestionable. He was nominated for best album and best melodic rap performance at the 2017 Grammys. Aside from being a rapper, he is beginning to gain recognition as an actor. After his first screen audition, he was cast in White Men Can’t Jump.
On October 29th, we can’t wait to see what hilarity he brings to Saturday Night Live. More information about Jack Harlow will be released as it becomes available.
