Some celebrities build up anticipation for new announcements for months. Some surprise us with their releases. Some people make major announcements with just a wink and a subtle hand.

Beyonce is an example of this.

Queen Bey herself announced yesterday that she would be going on tour in 2023. This tour follows the release of her latest album, Renaissance. How did this tour come about? It wasn’t through a big, hyped-up announcement. It was instead, in a very subtle way, that took the world by storm.

One lucky bidder won the news illuminating prize at the WACO Theatre Theatre’s Wearable Art Gala charity event. They received two plane tickets and concert tickets for an upcoming show. The general public quickly realized that if there were upcoming concert tickets, there must be an upcoming concert. If there is an upcoming concert, it means Beyonce will be on tour.
While Beyonce has yet to make an official announcement about the tour, this news has her entire kingdom of fans eager to learn more about the event. While only a little is known now, we know that the tour will take place in the summer of 2023.
