Victoria Beckham may have been one of the most famous fashion icons over the years, but there were times when she regretted how she dressed, particularly when she walked down the red carpet with her husband, David Beckham.

Speaking on Andy Cohen’s “Watch What Happens Live,” the Spice Girls member revealed that a particular outfit she wore with the soccer superstar “haunts” her to this day.

The show featured a segment called “So Posh or Oh Gosh!?” in which she and the other guest, Anne Hathaway, went down memory lane and recalled previous red-carpet outfits. Throughout the photos, both celebrities revealed the stories behind the clothing and whether or not they liked it.

According to the roster, Beckham and her husband were photographed at an event in the 1990s wearing matching leather outfits.

She said:

“It haunts me, it does haunt me.”

She later clarified her statement, stating that she still liked the look.

Posh Spice explained why their outfit became a fashion faux pas by wearing Gucci despite attending a dinner hosted by Versace, which she considers “inappropriate in itself.”

She added:

“We really thought about it and there was a naivety to it that was just so sweet.”

Other photos in the segment reveal two outfits worn by Beckham and Hathaway that Marc Jacobs designed.

The British singer wore a polka-dot gown, while the “Devil Wears Prada” actress wore a satin gown.

However, Hathaway revealed that the iconic fashion designer let her keep the dress while Beckham had to return hers.

Victoria Beckham’s appearance on Andy Cohen’s show was not her first time discussing the couple’s outfit; she previously discussed it on “The Tonight Show.”

When they discussed her iconic outfits with the famed athlete, host Jimmy Fallon showed the photo on his show.

The singer said:

“We didn’t do it that much but every time we did, it was very well-documented and will just not leave me alone, let me tell you.”
