Adele has already made plans for after her residency in Las Vegas ends.

According to the “Easy On Me” singer, 34, she is concentrating on school in order to add “college graduate” to her impressive resumé.

According to a press release, the long-awaited residency will begin on November 18, and eight additional events have been added to the calendar of 24 rescheduled performances.

After graduation, the British singer-songwriter hinted that she would study English Literature.

According to The Sun, the “Rolling In The Deep” singer had stated that she would complete an online course to obtain the degree after wishing she had attended the institution when she had the chance.

She allegedly told a panel that if she hadn’t become a singer, she would have become a teacher, specifically an English Literature instructor.

Adele said:

“I definitely feel like I use my passion for English Lit in what I do. But even though it’s not like I’d go on to get a job from my degree, I wish I had gone to university, I wish I’d had that experience.”

She also stated that she plans to graduate by 2025.

The residency will run until March 25, 2023, in Las Vegas. There are still a few tickets available for the 32 performances, but those who had tickets for the original concert dates or registered and were waitlisted were given priority.

Adele’s performance was scheduled to begin on January 21, 2022, and last until April of that year. However, it was canceled due to COVID-19 delays.

The singer of “Set Fire To The Rain” apologized to fans for the delay in an emotional Instagram message.

Apart from her intention to return to school, Adele also stated that she has more goals than she wants to achieve.

She told executives in Hollywood that she wanted to star in a movie, even if it was just one, as long as she didn’t have to sing.

Adele stated that she is frequently asked to perform musical acts, but she believes that acting is something she would enjoy doing and believes she would be good at.

When this happens, the British actress may try to add to her Emmy, Grammy, Oscar, and Tony totals by traveling to Broadway and winning a Tony soon.

The award-winning vocalist says:

“I was thinking whether I could bring the show from Vegas to Broadway and win a Tony.”

She even joked about preferring the sound of “EGO” to “EGOT,” but she never says never.

She added:

“If I move to New York and get bored, I’ll be on that stage in a hot second.”
