Taylor Swift NOT to star in ‘Deadpool 3’, but Ryan Reynolds might reconsider?

Ryan Reynolds debunked fan theories by stating that Taylor Swift will not be appearing with him in the upcoming “Deadpool 3” film, but she is welcome.

Several questions about their family friend, Swift, came up in interviews while Reynolds was out and about promoting his new holiday film, “Spirited.”

One particular topic was both amusing and absurd: will the singer appear in “Deadpool 3”?

Fans first noticed a video Reynolds uploaded in September, which sparked speculation about the singer’s connection to the film. It revealed Hugh Jackman reprising his role as Wolverine in “Deadpool,” with the clip shot in the same location as Swift’s “All Too Well: The Short Film.”

This reportedly sparked numerous fan theories about whether the singer-songwriter would appear in the next “Deadpool” film, but Reynolds has stated unequivocally that she will not.

Reynolds and his wife, Blake Lively, have a close family friend in Swift. The actor revealed that she is already considered family and is also very close to their children, James, Inez, and Betty.

When asked if he thought Swift joining the cast of “Deadpool 3” was a no-brainer, Reynolds responded positively.

He said:

“Are you kidding me? I would do anything for that woman. She’s a genius.”

Swift’s entry into the film industry may not be too far off, either, because the singer has recently directed her music videos and the aforementioned short film.

Lively has also assisted Swift in the direction of her music videos. Swift’s “I Bet You Think About Me” music video was reportedly the actress’ first time directing rather than acting.

This demonstrates how close the two are; the Reynolds family is a big Swiftie fan.

The actor revealed that they have been “obsessed” with the singer’s recently released album, “Midnights,” and have planned a “Midnights dance party” after his interview.

Reynolds also admitted that his children were unaware of their “aunt’s” celebrity.

He shared:

“I think what’s most exciting for them is that for the longest time they just thought Taylor’s just like an aunt, like a friend of Mommy and Daddy that’s very, very close, almost family. And then they went to a concert one day and were like, ‘Ohhhhh, this isn’t a hobby.'”
