The trial date for 50 Cent’s lawsuit against a plastic surgeon who allegedly used his image to promote its products and services, including penis enhancement, has been set for next year.

Many people know that 50 Cent is no stranger to the court; he claims to have been going there since 2003. Perhaps this is why he’s spent so much money on legal fees.

He revealed in an interview with Brian J. Roberts:

“I spent over $23 million legal fees since I’ve had success in 2003. Over $23 million in legal fees.”

Even though the rapper is wealthy, with an estimated net worth of $40 million, he was taken aback by how much he has spent over the years.

“So when you say you successful or that you rich in a different way, that money was just written off as expenses of business.

You in it and I’m going, ‘What?’ When I’m looking at it myself, ‘That’s how much you really spent on that?’ I was like, ‘Wow!'”

However, as a prominent figure in the music industry, he is aware that legal fees are unavoidable. Friction and bouts cannot be avoided. To this, he simply said:

“The only thing someone in America can do is sue someone.”

In September, the rapper reportedly filed a lawsuit against a plastic surgeon who used his image to promote her company, MedSpa, and its services, which included penis enhancement, falsely implying he had the surgery himself.

The photo was taken during a February 2020 trip to Miami, and 50 Cent claimed that he thought the plastic surgeon was a fan.

Furthermore, the rapper took to Instagram to deny ever having surgery on the aforementioned body part.

He wrote in the caption:

“Yeah my d**k is a BIG DEAL set for trial in July no enhancement necessary, these fools put themselves out of business. SMH, [sic].”

According to Complex, the Shade Room published an article in which several musicians, including 50 Cent, Odell Beckham, Teyana Taylor, and others, underwent Brazilian butt lifts and penis enhancements. It also included the aforementioned image in the article.

So, for the time being, 50 Cent will have to add another case to his resume and tally his legal fees once more. The trial is scheduled to begin on July 3, 2023, according to reports.
