Jessie James Decker has denied rumors that she altered photos of her children sporting abs that she posted on social media.

Jessie and her husband, Eric Decker, traveled to Mexico with their three children — Vivianne, 8, Eric Jr., 7, and Forrest, 4 — for a Thanksgiving vacation this week.

The “DWTS” alum gave fans a glimpse of their “Decker style” vacation by posting a photo of their kids in swimwear on Instagram.

The photo elicited a range of reactions. Many of her fans praised her children’s “ripped” bodies. Some criticized their physiques as “strange” and “weird,” implying that Jessie Photoshopped abs onto her young children’s bodies, which irritated the celebrity mom.

Jessie responded to a critic on Instagram:

“From one mother to another. Please don’t call my children’s appearance strange just because they don’t look the way you think they should? It’s unkind.”

She wrote, responding to another commenter:

“It’s a sad world we live in today when having healthy fit kids who are super active, play sports [and] build muscle naturally is ‘weird.'”

The country singer also responded to a third commenter who claimed she heavily edited the photos, writing, “Yeah I used a ‘ab’ app on my small children wtf.”

Many others, however, were impressed and inspired by Jessie’s children’s physiques. Some joked that they needed to work on their own exercise routine.

A netizen commented:

“These abs on these babies, tho!!! I gotta step my game up! Lol.”

Another added:

“Can they give me their workout routine please?”

A third one wrote:

“What are you feeding these kids? I need their diet plans for my own kids lol.”

Jessie attributed her daughter’s six-pack abs to her daughter’s love of gymnastics.

The singer said:

“She loves it and puts her heart into it.”

Jessie was eliminated from “DWTS” Season 31 in the Michael Bublé-themed episode, prompting the Decker family’s vacation.

She admitted to being sad after being sent home, but she recognized the positive aspect of being able to reunite with her children.

Jessie told Page Six:

“Obviously it was a disappointment because I wanted to keep trucking along, but everything’s meant to be.”

She added:

“I’ve been struggling with [the competition], and this past week, [dance partner Alan Bersten] knows, this was just heavy on my heart. I couldn’t help it, but the first thing that popped in my mind was, ‘Well, the silver lining is I get to be home for trick or treating.’ That was something that was very important to my kids.”

Jessie also hinted that her NFL star husband might show off his dancing skills on the show one day.

She told the outlet:

“Eric’s a really good dancer. He takes direction well, he’s very competitive and I can see him doing it. I think he’d be good.”
