Sam Smith claims to have developed the “opposite of body dysmorphia” after learning to accept their physical appearance. Given that, they are now burned in places they were not previously – all because he is now willing to bear it all and get tanned whenever they want!

Congratulations to them!

The 30-year-old artist, who is non-binary and uses gender-neutral pronouns, described how they struggled with weight as a child and were afraid of being judged when they entered the music industry.

Smith stated in an interview with The Sunday Times that a grueling 2018 tour forced them to reconsider their beliefs and that they are now “happier than ever” in their own skin.

Sam went on to say that their concerns stemmed from their childhood, when they were self-conscious during family vacations.

They felt self-conscious every time they went to the pool after the 2018 tour, but they forced themselves to remove their top.

It paid off because they now have the inverse of body dysmorphia. We’re not sure if there is such a thing, but it does sound like a good thing for the singer.

They said they looked great. They’re finally turning tanned.

They said:

“I burnt in places I’ve never been burnt.”

They mentioned that their mother once told them that as they grew older, they would become less concerned with what others thought of them. They realized she was correct.

According to the NHS, body dysmorphic disorder (BDD), also known as body dysmorphia, is a mental health condition in which a person spends a lot of time worrying about physical flaws. Other people frequently overlook these flaws.

Sam Smith also expressed their feelings about being compared to Adele.

They were mocked for claiming to be Adele in drag, which is the strangest rumor they’ve ever heard about themselves. The celebrity informed Drew Barrymore on Monday that the conspiracy theory arose because they and Adele, 34, have never been seen in the same room.

Sam went on to say that if Adele’s voice is slowed down, it sounds similar to theirs, but they wonder how Adele would react to this. They stated that being compared to Smith’s voice is one thing, but looking the same is another.
