Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock filed for divorce citing “irreconcilable differences” in June 2020.

Despite her tumultuous divorce, the 40-year-old host of “The Kelly Clarkson Show” appears to be on the mend.

The “Because of You” singer is “happier than she’s been in a very long time,” according to a source close to her.

Unfortunately, as a result of her realization, she has reportedly decided against dating. The insider went on to say that she is complete without a man.

Kelly, on the other hand, will adjust her mind and heart when the right man appears. After all, she isn’t completely blocking any man’s arrival.

Kelly allegedly believes in love despite everything, despite the fact that the “Stronger” singer enjoys not having to answer to anyone.

Kelly also adapted to raising her two children, River Rose, 8, and Remington, 9, on her own. Her divorce appears to have made it easier for her to improve as a parent.

In some of her interviews, the Emmy-winning host also mentioned how much she enjoys being single.

Throughout their marriage, Kelly Clarkson reportedly lost faith in Brandon Blackstock because she believed he was only using her for his financial and lifestyle needs. During that time, a different source claimed:

“She felt immense anger for him.”

Kelly had already left their marriage when she began to question her estranged husband’s motives.

Despite Kelly’s best efforts to save their marriage for the sake of their children, the singer couldn’t ignore the situation any longer.

According to the source, she suffered greatly as a result of their relationship.

They explained to Us Weekly:

“The marriage was really awful at the end.”

“She hasn’t and won’t ever look back.”

Kelly Clarkson and Brandon Blackstock reached an agreement in March 2022, according to TMZ.

Her ex-music manager ex, who lives in Montana, will have the children for one weekend per month.

While Brandon is only allowed to live there until June 1, 2022, Kelly will keep ownership of their Montana ranch. He must also pay a monthly rent of $12,5000.

Kelly also agreed to pay her ex a portion of the rural estate worth more than 5% of the $17 million valuation, or around $908,000.

Brandon will also receive $115,000 per month in spousal support, which will expire in January 2024.
