Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen appear to have no chance, as it is already expected that things will get much nastier.
According to Page Six, the supermodel has hired a top divorce attorney in Florida to represent her against her athletic spouse, who appears to be divorcing her.
According to sources, Gisele will be represented by Tom Sasser, the managing partner of the law firm Sasser, Cestero & Roy. Other high-profile clients he represented in his divorce from Elin Nordegren included Tiger Woods.
The West Palm Beach divorce lawyer also represented Jeff Gordon in his contentious divorce from Brooke, which turned into a financial battle.
One source said:
“things are quite unpleasant between Tom and Gisele because of the attorneys. They’re prepared to battle.”
“Tom and Gisele aren’t fighting over their children; they both want joint custody. However, dividing their vast fortune and property throughout the world will take some time.”
The couple’s two children are Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Tom and his ex-wife Bridget Moynahan do have a 15-year-old son named Jack.
According to Radar Online, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers quarterback has given up on saving his marriage to Gisele. Both are said to be planning a $400 million divorce.
Gisele was enraged when Tom chose to resign from the NFL and return to the field, and the two have been at odds for months.
The two are preparing to negotiate the terms of their settlement because they already have attorneys.
Despite numerous major arguments during their 13-year marriage, the quarterback remained optimistic that things would improve, according to a Radar Online insider.
“Gisele is enraged and furious since Tom lied to her about retiring. She feels her spouse broke his promise – and she wants him to pay for it! “
They claim Tom is no longer interested in reconciling and that his football buddies have already informed him that his wife is “too much trouble.”
They allegedly encouraged him to rejoin the dating pool and even attend a club with them.
Tom Brady and Gisele Bundchen must decide how to divide their $30 million real estate portfolio, which includes a $17 million Florida property.
Despite numerous rumors about their divorce, Tom and Gisele have yet to file for divorce.
