Kanye West’s old and dirty laundry is still coming out a few days after he started taking a break from everything, and it gets weirder and worse every time.

West’s net worth has plummeted recently due to widespread condemnation of his controversial statements and anti-Semitic outbursts in the media.

Now, a former employee of the “Donda” rapper has spoken out about yet another disturbing encounter with him.

An employee of West recently told Rolling Stone that he was fired unfairly at the time.

Aside from mentioning Kanye’s Yeezy team’s “cult-like” environment, the working conditions were described as chaotic and anxiety-inducing.

An employee told the publication:

“Nothing has ever compared to the amount of chaos, the amount of stress, and [the amount of] anxiety you go through working for Yeezy.”

The fast-paced and highly-dynamic environment in the entertainment industry is stressful enough on its own, but with a boss like West, who has been described as unpredictable, things could get even worse.

Another senior member of his previous staff, who has since been fired, recalled a time when he made a rather appropriate suggestion and received a shocking response.

During a meeting with his staff in 2015, Kanye asked what songs they wanted to play in addition to his discography.

A staff member suggested Drake, who was on good terms with Champagne Papi at the time.

The staffer revealed:

“I thought, ‘Oh, he’s a rapper, I should probably mention some rap. Big mistake – the next day I was fired.”

Layoffs and firings appear to be as commonplace as regular meetings. According to team sources, anything could set off West – even wearing the wrong color to work could result in a massive layoff or on-the-spot termination.

A staff told the magazine:

“You start to see amongst the designers when they joined the team, they don’t look like [everyone else], but two months into the team, they all started to dress the same, because that’s how Kanye prefers it.”

Many West employees describe their work as being in constant jeopardy and the environment as chaotic.

One says:

“We [didn’t] leave unless Kanye leaves.”

Another staff disclosed:

“Nobody wanted anything to go wrong while Kanye was there because your job obviously could be in jeopardy if a mega-superstar is there and the printer doesn’t work.”

Since his ominous declaration earlier this year on the Drink Champs podcast that Adidas would not drop him despite his deliberate antisemitic tirades, the fashion giant has dropped the ball and sacked his multi-million deal, reducing Kanye West’s net worth from $2 billion to $400 million in one day.
