The Backstreet Boys recently released their first-ever Christmas album, “A Very Backstreet Christmas,” last month, and they’re not done spreading the holiday cheer; find out how and where to watch the program below.

The Grammy Award-winning boyband will perform songs from their Christmas album for a special program called “A Very Backstreet Holiday,” according to Disney Plus Informer.

Fans can also expect the band to perform some of their classic singles for their decades-long career.

The show, executive produced by Film 45 Live, will premiere exclusively on Disney+ on December 15, 2022.

More information will be released soon, according to the outlet.

The boyband revealed that it took them nearly 30 years to complete their Christmas album, but fans can now stream it on major music platforms.

Their latest music project, released on October 14, includes 10 classic holiday song covers such as “Winter Wonderland,” “White Christmas,” “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas,” and more, as well as three originals.

Although CDs and vinyls are available on their official website, the Target edition will include bonus tracks such as “It’s Christmas Time Again” and “Feliz Navidad.”

AJ McLean previously revealed that Nick Carter wanted one song from their Christmas album to be inspired by Justin Timberlake’s hit song “Can’t Stop the Feeling” because it has a happy vibe.

They are also drawn to the song because it appears on the official soundtrack of “Trolls,” an animated film they frequently watch with their children.

Carter said:

“Justin wrote a really great song and we wanted to write a happy, uplifting song that had the same feel, especially with the way the world is right now.”

Carter and McLean co-wrote “Happy Days,” and the other members, Howie Dorough, Kevin Richardson, and Brian Littrell, contributed to other originals.

They collaborated with other musicians as well, such as David Campbell, who conducted the string arrangements.

“A Very Backstreet Christmas” is available to buy and stream on major music platforms such as Spotify and Apple Music.
