Ellen DeGeneres may no longer be on our television screens, but many fans continue to criticize her for previous behavior with artists who appeared as guests on her show, including Emily Ratajowski, who had something to say about Taylor Swift’s previous appearance more than a decade ago.

A resurfaced clip of the “Snow On The Beach” hitmaker’s appearance is making the rounds on social media, particularly TikTok, according to Uproxx.

During the infamous interaction, the Emmy Award-winning host asked the musician to participate in an activity in which she would choose from pictures of celebrity men she had previously dated. Joe Jonas, Justin Timberlake, Taylor Lautner, and even Justin Bieber were photographed.

Ratajowski responded in the comments section, writing:

“This is so f******, she’s literally begging her to stop.”

Swift was visibly uncomfortable in the video after pleading with DeGeneres to stop. The host, however, continued to ask the pop star to “ring a bell” if a photo of a man she had previously been involved with appeared on the screen.

Swift said in her 2012 appearance:

“I don’t want to [do it]. They’ll send me angry emails, and I don’t want to get them.”

The video went viral again after the “Mastermind” hitmaker spoke with Zane Lowe on “Apple Beats” about being reduced to the men she dated when she was younger.

Despite the fact that the pop star did not explicitly name the daytime talk show host, many fans assumed it was about the 2012 interview.

Although it is only the first week of 2023, it appears that Taylor Swift has already planned a lot for her fans this year, as a new album is expected to be released soon.

The musician will release a “Taylor’s Version” of her album “Speak Now,” according to The Sun.

According to an insider, the pop star will prove that “she is the hardest working person in the industry” by releasing the project in the coming months.

The source added:

“Taylor has quietly been in the studio working on remaking both Speak Now and 1989. All details are still being ironed out but ‘Speak Now’  Taylor’s Version should be out within the next couple of months.”

Swift has not publicly confirmed if the ongoing rumors about her next album are true as of this writing.
