Niall Horan, the next popular coach on “The Voice,” was spotted hanging out with US President Joe Biden at The White House on March 17, 2023.
Horan’s arrival at The White House coincided with the annual March 17 celebration of St. Patrick’s Day in Ireland. St. Patrick is Ireland’s patron saint.
According to NME, Horan was at The White House because President Joe Biden and Vice President Kamala Harris invited him to perform inside the building at the St. Patrick’s Day Celebration.
In a tweet, the day before, White House Press Secretary Karine Jean-Pierre teased Horan’s arrival and attendance at the White House.
She said in a tweet:
“It doesn’t get better than this! I think I speak for all the music lovers in the Biden-Harris Administration when I say we cannot wait to welcome @NiallOfficial to the White House tomorrow for a special performance to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day!”
Fans were overjoyed when they saw the tweet.
A user asked:
“I WILL BE IN DC THE SAME TIME AS NIALL HORAN!?”
Another echoed:
“i’m 30 minutes away what do i have to do to see this performance?”
Someone said:
“Niall is performing at The White House tomorrow. You are in for a treat. Niall is the nicest person on the planet,”
A fan posted:
“i just wanna know what time so i can there outside waiting for him,”
On the other hand, Horan was “honored” to be invited and represent his country and was looking forward to the invitation to The White House.
Horan shared a video of his visit to the White House on Instagram and his best wishes for everyone on St. Patrick’s Day. President Biden was also gracious enough to appear in the video, expressing his pride and gratitude for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day with Horan at The White House.
Niall Horan, from Mullingar, Westmeath, Ireland, rose to prominence after appearing on “X-Factor UK” in 2010, where he joined One Direction.
Horan took over as Coach of the popular reality singing competition “The Voice” on NBC for the 23rd season.
Blind Auditions are ongoing for him, Chance the Rapper, Kelly Clarkson, and outgoing Coach Blake Shelton.
