With the second season of “The Kardashians” set to premiere in September, fans are wondering if Kim’s ex-boyfriend Pete Davidson will appear on her reality show following their recent breakup.
In July, Hulu released the trailer for the second season of “The Kardashians,” in which Kim Kardashian features her relationship with then-boyfriend Pete Davidson alongside her family. However, the trailer was released just before Pete Davidson, and Kim Kardashian’s reported split in August.

The trailer even featured an NSFW scene that got fans hyped when the beauty mogul asked Pete: “Babe, do you want to shower with me really quick?” to which the comedian dropped everything he was holding to run towards the bathroom door.
While Davidson did appear in the Hulu trailer, a source told Page Six that the “Saturday Night Live” star would only appear briefly on “The Kardashians,” as Pete is a “private person,” in contrast to reality star Kim Kardashian.
The source told PageSix:
“He’s in the background, but the reality world is not built for people like Pete. He was not on the first season. I don’t know how they’re doing the second season, but he’s not a part of that world.”
The couple’s romance began in October of last year, when Kim hosted an episode of “Saturday Night Live” in which she and Pete kissed for a skit and began dating soon after.
Following their breakup after 9 months of dating, the fallout was described as a “mutual decision” caused by their struggle to maintain a long-distance relationship. An insider also stated that the couple’s chances of getting back together were slim.
An informant told People:
“It was an amicable split. They had discussed ending their relationship for a bit. It wasn’t sudden. And it was a mutual decision. Getting back together is not in the cards right now.”
The former ‘Saturday Night Live’ star reportedly went to therapy after being bullied online by Kim’s ex-husband, Kanye West. Kim, on the other hand, is said to be “very supportive” of her ex-decision boyfriend’s to go to therapy.
“The Kardashians” is scheduled to premiere on Hulu on September 22, 2022.
