Billionaires Kim Kardashian and Kanye West appear to have settled their divorce after an acrimonious battle that has been widely publicized in the two years since their high-profile split.

The couple has finally agreed on custody of their four children, parenting arrangements, and, of course, the distribution of their multimillion-dollar real estate holdings, according to TMZ.

Kanye’s Southern California home, which he purchased to be “close to [his]family,” will also be owned by Kim, and the title to the $4.5 million home is already in the SKIMS mogul’s name.

According to the report, the former “Keeping Up with the Kardashians” star will receive $200,000 in child support each month, and they will have joint custody and equal access to North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.

The funds must be deposited into Kim’s bank account on the first of each month.

In addition, documents obtained by Hollywood Life revealed that the “All of the Lights” rapper would not be able to relocate his children away from the reality star’s Hidden Hills, Los Angeles home. Still, he can attend their birthday parties, subject to certain conditions.

According to the completed paperwork, Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are not allowed to move their children’s homes more than 60 miles away from their current Hidden Hills residences “without first receiving the written permission of the other party or an order of the court” until they reach the age of 18.

This means that the Grammy-winning rapper cannot keep his children at his lavish $14 million Wyoming ranch without overcoming additional legal hurdles.

In addition to the monthly child support, Kanye can attend his children’s birthday parties if both parents agree.

The documents stimulate:

“The parties both shall have access to the Minor Children on special days like birthdays and, if they should both choose, they can celebrate together.”

This was a complete 180 from their high-profile family feud in January when the “Donda” rapper accused his in-laws of barring him from attending Chicago’s birthday party.

During that time, he slammed the Kardashians on Instagram, writing, “These are the types of games that are being played. This is the thing that has been affecting my health for the longest time, and I’m simply not playing.”

Kanye was eventually able to attend the party, according to Travis Barker’s stepdaughter’s Instagram, where he was seen chatting with his former mother-in-law, Kris Jenner.
