During his health battles, Ozzy Osbourne revealed that he lost his ability to walk like he used to.

From being a tough cookie, Osbourne’s health appears to have deteriorated in recent years. After surviving all of that, he is still hopeful of performing on stage, but he must deal with another issue before he can bang his head again.

In a recent interview on his SiriusXM radio station, the Prince of Darkness stated that he still enjoys music but that he could no longer walk very far.

He said, as quoted by Ultimate Classic Rock & Culture:

“My head is alright, my creativity is OK, my singing’s OK but I just can’t f**king walk much now. I can’t tell you how f**king frustrating life has become… I’ve never been this ill this long in my life.”

Osbourne openly expressed his desire to reunite with the other musicians, as he wants to get back out there and do it again.

Unfortunately, he is now frustrated because “one thing” ruined everything he had spent a long time working on.

Osbourne’s recent mobility issues followed surgery to realign the pins in his neck and back following his 2019 fall.

His doctors informed him at the time that he would require extensive recuperation due to his age and the nature of the surgery.

An insider told Page Six at that time:

“Ozzy is 73 and any kind of surgery when you get older is difficult. This is quite major. He’s having the pins in his neck and back realigned from when he had a fall back in 2019.”

Prior to his recent statement about his walking difficulties, Page Six published photos of the singer appearing to have difficulty walking on his own. He was seen leaving their home with his wife, Sharon, and two of their children, Jack and Kelly, while using a cane.

His back problems began after a Quad Bike accident. The singer suffered life-threatening injuries in 2003 when he was involved in an accident that resulted in a broken neck vertebra. Despite his injuries, he considers himself fortunate to be alive after the “pitch black” incident.
