Kate Moss has been in the fashion industry for decades, but she has just recently decided to take responsibility of her life.
A source informed Heat UK that the model desires a change now that she has reached the age of 50.
The insider said:
“As Kate approaches the big five-oh, it’s niggling at her that she never quite realized her own potential. She was so much more than a party girl – she was renowned for her creativity and networking skills. It pisses her off that she never got the credit or any recognition for that and she wants it now.”
According to the source, Moss wants to immerse herself in the field of wellness. In addition, she desires to ensure that she will thrive in the area. Wellness is, after all, only one of her many interests.
The tattler added:
“At first, Kate just wanted to find products that she loved but then she became really passionate about sharing her knowledge. She wasn’t sure she could build a business from it, but her decision to do so was influenced by Lila.”
According to the source, Moss wants the Cosmoss business to flourish because she wants to create something for her daughter. It added:
“She wants to give her something more solid than modeling. Whenever Kate talked about setting up a business, it was always with Lila in mind. That’s what mattered most to her.”
In recent months, the model has also been in the news in reference to her ex-boyfriend Johnny Depp. Multiple publications asserted that Moss did what she did because she still has love for Depp, after she testified in support of the Pirates of the Caribbean actor.
At one point, some tabloids believed that Moss and Depp would soon meet up and discuss their previous relationship. And within a few months, the former couple will reportedly reunite.
However, this was not the case. Moss testified on Depp’s side because she wanted to do the right thing. After all these years, it is not true that she and Depp are still attracted to one another.
Moss desires to expand her company, Cosmoss, not only for herself but also for her entire family.
