Nicki Minaj is not backing down from her recent lawsuit against a Twitter follower who called her a “cokehead.”

Apart from claiming that Nicki Minaj is a cocaine addict, the person named Nosey Heaux was so outspoken that she insulted Nicki Minaj’s 1-year-old son, Papa Bear.

The “Super Freaky Girl” singer wants a jury trial to hear Nosey Heaux’s defamation suit.

Pitchfork recently confirmed that Nicki Minaj had filed a lawsuit against Marley Green, also known online as Nosey Heaux, for allegedly defamatory language directed at the artist.

According to the filing obtained exclusively by the publication, the video has already received 260 retweets and over 2,000 likes and counting. Minaj’s legal team believes Green is acting on behalf of an unnamed rival of the rapper.

Besides calling Nicki Minaj a “cokehead,” Green did not mince words when she called out Nicki’s son, Papa Bear, for her direct attacks on the rapper.

She stated later in the video, after threatening to drag the entire Minaj family tree:

“Your baby is going to be a rapist, too.”

Nicki Minaj’s lawyer, Judd Berstein, has also issued a strong rebuttal to Nosey Heaux.

Berstein told the publication:

“Marley Green is a disgrace-someone so lacking in fundamental decency that she has posted vile comments about Nicki’s 1-year-old son. When this case is over, she will no longer be permitted to use the name “Nosey Heaux” because we will take her trademark from her when she does not have enough money to pay the judgment.”

Meanwhile, Green insists that Nicki Minaj lied in her latest Tweet, sharing the TMZ article that first reported the lawsuit.

Nicki Minaj is suing Marley Green for defamation and is seeking $75,000 in damages.

Green stated in one of her tweets that she was harassed and received death threats from Nicki Minaj’s fans shortly after the video of her scathing remarks about the rapper was released.
