Over the weekend, there were numerous reports that Britney Spears had a public meltdown while dining at a Woodland Hills restaurant with her husband Sam Asghari, who stormed out due to his wife’s “behavior.”

The 28-year-old fitness instructor has now responded on social media to the report, writing:

“Don’t trust what you read online folks.”

According to TMZ, the singer of “Baby One More Time” was “making a disturbance” while having dinner at Joey on Friday. Sam allegedly stormed out of the restaurant because the mother-of-two was “manic” and “talking gibberish,” according to witnesses.

In a video obtained by the tabloid, Britney appeared to be hiding her face behind a menu.

However, after another witness refuted the claims that Britney had a public breakdown, Sam left her alone at the table.

They told Page Six:

“The disruptor wasn’t Britney – it was the diner who taunted her by taking a video without consent.”

Britney can be seen giving the camera the middle finger in a video she released. She responded to TMZ’s claim that she was “erratic” right away.

In addition, the “Toxic” singer went on a lengthy Instagram rant, saying:

“I know the news is all hyped about me being a little drunk at a restaurant…”

“It’s like they’ll be WATCHING MY EVERY MOVE. I’m so flattered they talk about me like a maniac THEN have the ball to talk about all the negative things that happened in my past!!!”

Britney Spears talked about the “severe emotional trauma” she went through as a result of her conservatorship in 2022, claiming that it made it impossible for her to breathe normally when she looked at other people’s faces.

The “Womanizer” singer also revealed that she had nerve damage on the right side of her body as a result of improper breathing. She claims she is “terrified” after her conservatorship and refuses to see a doctor. However, the stunning blonde claims that when she dances, the agony vanishes.

In 2019, the “Lucky” singer completed a 30-day rehabilitation program at a mental health center, but she later claimed that she was forced to enter because she refused to dance during one of her practices.
