Ringo Starr is supposedly going to great lengths to maintain his youthful appearance despite the fact that he is almost 82 years old.
According to a source, Starr has gone to great efforts to ensure that he does not appear to be more than 50 years old. However, it has not been easy.
Among the things he has been doing is utilizing hair plus and dye. He also follows a tight diet and is contemplating ways to improve his look.
An insider claimed:
“Ringo’s managed to roll back years with his dark full head of hair, which he has to dye every week to keep it that black. And there are hints he’s had hair plugs. He’s a vegetarian with a meagre diet of mostly broccoli, carrots, and tonics, and starves himself. He’s also a fan of Pilates and exercises every day with a trainer.”
The source continued:
“There’s no doubting that Starr is preoccupied with his youth, and he’s scared that one day he won’t look as good as he used to.”
Those close to him, however, wish to remind him that ageing is unavoidable and that he has no control over it. They also inform The Beatles member that he can no longer conceal the fact that he is 82 years old because everyone knows.
The tattler shared:
“He’s so youth-obsessed that he spends a fortune to stay hip and relevant, but few would guess he’s 82, and that translates to success in his book.”
However, the tabloid’s allegations should be taken with a grain of salt because they are clearly inconsistent. First, they stated that Starr is concerned about ageing because he is fascinated with youth.
However, the tabloid also said that Starr is aware that he is fortunate to have reached the age of 82 because it serves as a reminder of his great career.
There’s also no evidence that Starr is concerned with looking youthful or has gone to tremendous lengths to appear considerably younger than his actual age. After all, he appears to be enjoying the fact that he is now in his 80s.
While it is possible that Starr dyed his hair or went on a diet, these do not appear to be major issues, especially among celebrities.
